During her diverse career, Becky Beauchamp has served as a university vice president of marketing and development, managed two United Ways, facilitated economic and community development projects for the State of Michigan and a US Senator, and led fundraising programs for a symphony orchestra and public television.  She has served on numerous Boards of Directors, several in leadership positions.      As a NorthSky consultant since 2016, Becky’s clients have included the Teen Parent Program, the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, Justice for Our Neighbors, Everybody Reads Network, Leelanau Children’s Center, Manistee County Council on Aging, Grand Traverse County Parks and Recreation, Friends of Easling Pool, and TC Retreat.            Offering a range of services, Becky provides her clients honed instincts, seasoned judgment, and capable hands to provide customized responses to their specific needs.      Becky has a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Journalism from Northern Michigan University.

Lucille Chrisman, CPCC, is a Certified Executive Coach fueled by the belief that small change over time yields tremendous results, and that leaders aren’t born; they are coached.
