Leadership today requires something different from the past. Complex challenges and high demands can be difficult, no matter from where you are leading. NorthSky’s Leadership Coaching program could be a pivotal turning point in your personal and professional growth by:
Increasing your clarity and focus on what is most important to you
Decreasing your blind spots and barriers to your own success
Building confidence to “lean in” and make bold moves
Strengthening your communication skills in demanding situations
Examining your personal beliefs systems that impact your choices
Empowering you to intentionally lead yourself as well as others
Participants will receive 8 confidential, one hour coaching sessions with a certified coach in addition to 3 cohort sessions (not mandatory) with other participants in the program
Dates for cohort sessions:
March 16, 2018 @ 12:00-1:30 p.m.
April 6, 2018 @ 12:00-1:30 p.m.
April 20, 2018 @ 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Participants will also have access to NorthSky’s 360 Leadership Assessment and will receive 2 free NorthSky workshops.

Lucille Chrisman is a Certified Executive Coach with over 30 years experience working with leaders, management teams, and organizations, helping them gain clarity, focus and action in reaching personal and professional goals.
As Vice President of Public Affairs and Executive Director of Development, at Saginaw Valley State University, along with Associate Director of Philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy, Lucille has a deep understanding of challenges of nonprofit leaders. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, she also experience as a for-profit leader, conducting customized corporate trainer programs within the US through the American Management Association. Lucille has been a full time professor at CMU and SVSU, teaching Effective Communications, Business Communications, Small Group Communication and Organizational Leadership.
Lucille is a certified coach from The Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
