Have you wondered what it would be like to have a trusted one-on-one coach focused on helping you be the best version of yourself as an emerging leader or executive? A coach who helps you gain clarity and take action toward your highest personal and professional goals?

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a trusted circle of peers to explore and share some of the same challenges you are facing with a facilitator/coach guiding the process?

The Rotary Charities Leadership Coaching Program provides both.  This program offers 8 one-on-one, confidential coaching sessions plus 3 group coaching sessions for practicing skills and exploring common challenges with your peers. Participants will also have access to a 360 Leadership Assessment.

This unique opportunity is designed to:
-  Increase your clarity and focus on what matters most to you
-  Define action steps
-  Decrease your internal and external roadblocks
-  Build confidence and open new doors
-  Strengthen your communication skills
-  Tap into your core guiding beliefs
-  Empower you to lead from a place of strength
-  Explore common challenges with other community leaders
-  Practice new skills and mindsets with a trusted circle of peers

Program Cost: $1,000*

*Please note that the actual cost of this program is $1,600, but Rotary Charities is providing $600 per participant as a way to invest in Northern Michigan’s leaders.

If you are interested in coaching but do not want to attend the group sessions, individual coaching is also available. Questions? Concerns? Email or call (231) 599-2751.
