Bringing people together to learn

NorthSky's Peer Learning Circle (PLC) is an annual program that brings together Executive Directors to collaborate, learn, and grow. The PLC program is based on the belief that nonprofits thrive when they are able to break out of their silos and learn from one another. Program participants will have the opportunity to share common challenges and experiences while drawing insight and information from the collective experience and wisdom of their peers.

The program, running January to June of each year, is limited to 10 participants and meets monthly with additional at-home work. Each session will be facilitated by certified Executive Coach and NorthSky Consultant, Lucille Chrisman, CPCC, ACC. Lucille has over 25 years of experience as a business and nonprofit leader and currently leads NorthSky's Executive Coaching and Peer Learning Circle programs.

PLC program cost varies each year, and is to be determined by the number of participants.

Interested applicants should contact NorthSky Program Director, Becky Ewing, for more information at (231) 929-3934 or bewing@rotarycharities.org. Applicants must be a current Executive Director with a minimum of 1 year professional experience.

Having a group of my peers to problem-solve with has been invaluable in strengthening my confidence to take on new challenges.
