Assessing Organizational Readiness for Evaluation Planning

Specifically I wanted to thank you (NorthSky) for attending our meeting and sharing your thoughts/insights. My sense is that your comments have caused all of us to think a bit more about how we can engage in board level strategizing and have meaningful and timely discussions of strategic issues. I look forward to the time when discussions at this level regularly occur at our board meetings. Thanks again for your help in moving the Board forward.
