Developing Customer Satisfaction Surveys

Thanks again for putting together the Annual Sustainability workshop. Carole is a great teacher/presenter. I learned a lot and really enjoyed being part of the group. It was definitely time well spent. 

I very much appreciate the thought and care you are clearly putting into the workshop series this year. The sessions are meeting needs for many nonprofits in the area, including ours.
