Pamela W. Lyn began her career in healthcare at Hutzel Hospital in the Detroit Medical Center after attending Wayne State University.  After moving to Petoskey in 1973, she joined the staff at Lockwood MacDonald Hospital, then Northern Michigan Hospital.  There, she held positions ranging from Director, Administrative Services to Vice President of Marketing and Planning to President of the Hospital Foundation, where she built their corpus to over $35 million.      In 1988, Lyn started her own consulting firm and has provided support to non profits all over the country, specializing in leadership development, philanthropy, governance and strategic planning.  In Michigan, her clients included: Michigan Architectural Foundation, West Shore Medical Center, West Branch Medical Center, Cadillac Area Free Clinic, Traverse Health Center, Glen Arbor Arts Center,  Jordan Valley Arts Council and Munson Healthcare.
