"Developing an Evaluation Plan that Works for Your Organization"

Effective program evaluation is an internal capacity that every best practicing nonprofit needs. It is essential to your program design and delivery as well as provides a mechanism to measure the impact of your programs and services and how well they meet your clients’ needs.

This workshop is designed to provide participants with an overview of program evaluation and enough specifics to move forward in designing an evaluation plan. You will receive tools and templates to help implement your evaluation strategy, providing needed information for program improvements and funders. Specific topics that will be covered include:

o Preparing your organization for program evaluation including conducting a self-assessment to guide your work

o An overview of the four-step evaluation model

o A thorough discussion of each step in the evaluation process

o Helpful tips to minimize the expense of evaluation

The workshop fee includes lunch and workshop materials.
