Learn the important aspects of where your organization is in its lifecycle, what that means for the board’s role and responsibilities, how to conduct a board composition analysis, developing a board recruitment plan, and how to evaluate your board’s performance. As part of this workshop, we’ll also review the board’s fiduciary role and responsibilities. Fee includes continental breakfast and manual.
