- Crises happen to nonprofits all the time: financial shortfalls, client injuries, public debates, and high profile legal cases. How well your nonprofit manages communication during a crisis could determine whether your organization smoothly navigates a potential public relations disaster or is permanently damaged. During this session, we will discuss policies and procedures to put in place prior to a communication crisis and how to develop effective communication messages to constituents. Entry to advanced-level practitioner.
