"Getting Started with Your New Volunteer "
Jump-start your new volunteers through a well-planned and executed orientation program. Learn how to design an effective volunteer orientation session including the components, techniques, and materials that will help you. As part of this session we will discuss development of a volunteer manual and teaching techniques to fully engage your new team member. This opportunity is made available, free of charge, by the Volunteer Center of the United Way of Northwest Michigan. Registration is required; bring Your Lunch.
